Job summary

Tract Capital seeks a Technical Program Manager for New Product Development to lead cross-functional execution of hardware product programs, spanning concept to production, across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations.

You will own integrated plans, schedules, risks, and dependencies; drive program reviews and executive updates; coordinate readiness for launches and ramp, and manage external suppliers and OEMs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related technical field.
• 5+ years in technical program management or related roles.
• Experience leading hardware, industrial equipment, or infrastructure product development programs.
• Strong understanding of NPD, NPI, validation, change control, and production ramp processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of new product development programs from concept through production.
• Develop and manage integrated schedules, milestones, critical paths, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive cross-functional program reviews, status reporting, action tracking, and executive updates.
• Coordinate readiness across engineering releases, sourcing, tooling, testing, documentation, manufacturing, and supplier readiness.
• Track and resolve issues impacting launch, quality, schedule, or cost.
