  • Envision and deliver a long-term vision for Skills, collaboration, artifact generation, and Projects
  • Understand the levers for capability discovery, adoption, reuse, sharing, and ecosystem growth
  • Work closely with engineering and design to align product expectations with model, tool, and platform capabilities
  • Work with research to evaluate and steer nondeterministic models, tools, and agents into high-value outcomes for users
  • Have conviction to make difficult product decisions in the face of uncertainty
  • Develop a deep understanding of how individuals and teams create, customize, collaborate, and build repeatable workflows with AI
  • Make complex AI behavior understandable and controllable through clear interaction models, thoughtful defaults, permissions, and well-designed feedback
  • Drive alignment when capabilities span Computer, Search, Projects, artifacts, connectors, or multiple teams
  • Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, progress, and learnings clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners
  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Strong experience with product management and leadership
  • Experience with agentic systems, tool use, evaluations, extensibility, or workflow orchestration
  • Experience building AI-native productivity, collaboration, platform, or developer-facing products
  • Thrives in a small, agile team: has initiative and desire for ownership
  • Experience building data-driven flywheels for iterative improvement
  • Experience with rapid prototyping and designing systems that produce high-quality artifacts
  • Strong experience working with data and metrics
