Job summary

UiPath seeks a Senior Director of Design for Vertical Solutions to own end-to-end experiences across regulated industries. You will collaborate with the PM to define the roadmap and engage customers to understand why workflows exist commercially.

You will shape how agents learn from seasoned professionals, design screens in real contexts, and ensure cross-vertical scalability. Collaboration with designers, PMs, and engineers is essential.

Qualifications

• An excellent design and experience thinker with customer focus.
• 10+ years owning meaningful product areas in high-stakes domains.
• Ability to gather business context from PMs and customers.
• Experience with AI-enabled products and agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with Claude Code and modern frontend stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end vertical experiences, from queue to dashboards.
• Shape how agents learn from experienced professionals and keep learning legible.
• Define what belongs in shared capability vs. local vertical features.
• Set direction with PMs, engineers, and platform partners.
• Deliver working software and tooling that speeds the team.
• Frame design around business outcomes and product metrics.
