Job summary

IBM Corporation in Bellevue, WA seeks a Product Designer to lead end-to-end UX for key products, from discovery through implementation. You will partner with Product Managers to align GTM, Sales, and Customer Success strategies, and lead agile design initiatives across cross-functional teams.

You will mentor junior designers and influence product strategy through storytelling and data-driven decisions, leveraging AI tools to reinvent workflows and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Design related fields or 5 years progressive experience in lieu of Master’s.
• Experience as Industrial/UX/Product Designer with tool proficiency in Figma, Maze, User Research.
• Strong storytelling with data-driven design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX for products from discovery to implementation.
• Partner with Product Manager to implement GTM, Sales and Customer Success strategies.
• Lead agile design initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior team members and drive business outcomes through design.
