Qualifications

• Strong statistical foundation; understands experimental design and significance testing.
• Ability to lead large-scale analytical initiatives with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and own measurement frameworks linking customer behavior to business outcomes.
• Establish source-of-truth definitions for key metrics and scalable reporting.
• Conduct root-cause analyses on shifts in product performance and friction points.
• Build customer segmentation frameworks to reveal behavioral differences.
• Quantify opportunity size and advise leadership on growth opportunities.
• Redesign analytics workflows with AI tools for faster investigations.
• Develop self-service analytics while upholding data governance and trust.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, and exec teams as a trusted advisor.
