Job summary

Henkel in Mentor, Ohio, is seeking a chemical engineer to join the Adhesive Technologies unit to drive innovation and deliver results in a manufacturing environment.

You will execute engineering processes to ensure quality products are delivered on time at competitive cost, and you will liaise with stakeholders to provide expert advice and support.

Qualifications

• BS or higher degree in chemical engineering required.
• 2-10 years experience in the chemical process industries preferred.
• Work experience supporting chemical manufacturing required.
• Ability to hold high level technology and project discussions with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask effectively so as to execute more than one project at the same time.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time and function in a manufacturing plant environment.

The salary range for this role is $115,000.00 and $150,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
