Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Principal Pricing Analyst to join our Material Estimating team on site. You will prepare material estimates for proposals, aligning with customer requirements and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Program Management, and Pricing to select pricing methods, ensure schedule adherence, and support audits and negotiations. A DoD Secret clearance is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in Pricing, Estimating, Global Supply Chain or related field, or Master’s with 3 years.
• Proposal experience within government contracting.
• Pricing or material estimating experience.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFAR.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material estimates for proposals by understanding customer requirements.
• Collaborate with proposal teams to develop material estimating strategy with Business Management and Global Supply Chain.
• Select pricing methods (e.g., PO history, vendor quotes) for each proposal item.
• Work on multiple priority proposals concurrently.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR regulatory requirements.
• Support proposal reviews with BOMs and CERs, with supporting data.
