• Bachelor's degree in engineering from ABET-accredited program (or equivalent).
• PE license encouraged or required depending on grade level.
• Strong knowledge of power quality, distribution systems, and fault analysis.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and resolve complex power quality issues for customers.
• Analyze data from SCADA, AMI, and fault records to identify root causes.
• Provide engineering guidance across Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Develop mitigation strategies and cost-effective improvements to reliability.
