Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or related technical discipline.
• Five years' experience in electric utility/power industry.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid Indiana driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze outage data to determine root causes of significant events.
• Represent Hoosier Energy in industry peer groups and cooperate with internal/external experts.
• Develop plans addressing reliability concerns and improve reporting methods.
• Support compliance with NERC/RRO standards and participate in audits.
• Maintain asset and maintenance management systems and develop data-driven processes.
