10+ years of consulting experience in polymer science or materials science.
Proven revenue generation with active client portfolio exceeding $1M annually.
Strong communication and leadership across diverse teams and audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead interdisciplinary project teams to solve complex polymer material problems across multiple industries.
Identify, pursue, and secure new client engagements and grow existing relationships.
Provide high-level scientific and strategic guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
Mentor technical staff and promote professional development within the practice.
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery and manage project resources and budgets.
