Job summary

Amazon's Prime Video team is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Tech who will own the strategy for off-app customer experiences across email, push, WhatsApp, and emerging AI surfaces. You will shape how millions of WW customers discover, engage with, and return to Prime Video.

You will partner with engineering, data science, marketing, and UX to design premium, data-driven communication programs, scale marketing automation, and define success metrics through experimentation.

Qualifications

6+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs.
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
Experience in technical product management.

Responsibilities

Define long-term vision and strategy for Prime Video's off-app customer experience.
Develop understanding of customer lifecycle patterns and channel preferences.
Set the bar for product thinking across the team and mentor PMs.
Design customer communication experiences across email, push, WhatsApp, and AI surfaces.
Pioneer approaches to customer engagement on emerging surfaces including AI platforms.
Build and scale marketing automation systems enabling journey creation without heavy engineering dependency.
Define success metrics and an experimentation roadmap.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, UX, and BI to bring experiences to market.
