Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Principal Product Manager to embed Labor Market Intelligence into the Intelligence+ workforce analytics platform. You will own data ingestion, analytics surfaces, and customer-facing experiences, partnering with data science to deliver explainable AI-powered insights for enterprise clients.

The role emphasizes governance, measurement, and market signals across BI and people analytics, with a strong focus on data quality and stakeholder trust.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience at principal/lead scope.
• Experience building data analytics and visualization products where data is the product.
• Genuine AI/ML product depth with collaboration with data scientists.
• Experience with enterprise B2B customers and executive-level stakeholder management.
• Excellent written communication and ability to write PR/FAQs and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Own how Labor Market Intelligence is embedded into the workforce intelligence product and shape the LMI roadmap.
• Partner with data science on ML models, taxonomy mapping, normalization, and inference—defining evaluation criteria and explainability.
• Collaborate with portfolio product teams to bring labor market signals into surfaces and workflows.
• Design insight and visualization experiences that make complex workforce and market data legible and decision-ready.
• Define analytics measurement framework for the product: adoption, insight quality, and customer value.
• Engage enterprise customers to shape requirements, run pilots, and translate feedback into product direction.
• Lead GTM readiness with field enablement, packaging, and positioning; support services-led delivery models.
• Act as an internal/external thought leader on data-driven decision making and AI-powered workforce intelligence.
