Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the AI-powered virtual agent platform.

You will own the roadmap, align with partner teams, and drive enablement across internal stakeholders to accelerate adoption of AI, Generative AI, and large language models. Qualifications

6+ years of product management experience in AI, SaaS, or related tech platforms.
Proven track record owning complex capabilities end to end, from strategy to launch and adoption.
Ability to operate independently across strategic and tactical levels with multiple teams.
Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, enablement, and customer success.
Solid understanding of AI, Generative AI, and LLM applications in conversational AI.
Excellent product judgment balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform value.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end roadmap for the AI-powered virtual agent platform from prioritization to launch.
Align roadmap sequencing, dependencies, and delivery timing with partner teams.
