Job summary

Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Product Management for Core Platform Foundations on the East Coast, with remote options. You will define the strategy and roadmap for foundational capabilities that secure, scale, and automate Genesys Cloud for large enterprises.

You will lead a team of product leaders, partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and GTM, and work directly with strategic customers to drive adoption, governance, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise software product management.
• 10+ years leading PMs in complex portfolios.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale platform capabilities.
• Strong technical depth across APIs, cloud architecture, microservices.
• Experience with governance, multi-region ops, data segmentation.
• Executive communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Core Platform Foundations.
• Lead platform operations evolution to AI-assisted experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, UX, and GTM teams.
• Establish KPIs for adoption, reliability, governance, and impact.
• Mentor and scale a high-performing PM organization.
• Engage with strategic customers and partners to shape priorities.
