Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Principal Product Manager for its AI Infrastructure team to own the long‑term storage foundation. You will drive architecture decisions, vendor relationships, and scalability for tens of thousands of GPUs handling data at scale.

You will partner with engineering and architecture to translate workload and fleet requirements into infrastructure strategies while shaping cost, capacity, and performance trajectories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years in technical product management or infra engineering with architecture outcomes.
• Subject matter expert in storage and hyperscale cloud architectures.
• Experience managing long-term vendor strategy for storage hardware/software.
• Strong understanding of cost per usable TB and capacity efficiency.
• Ability to translate technical tradeoffs into clear narratives for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define the 2-4 year vision and roadmap for Crusoe's storage foundation.
• Own long‑term storage architecture and hierarchy across tiers.
• Lead vendor strategy and technology direction for storage stack.
• Set targets for performance, durability, and cost per usable TB.
• Plan for AI-scale fleet growth and architecture evolution.
• Identify structural limitations and prioritize investments.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering and Architecture on tradeoffs.
