Job summary

Crusoe is building the AI infrastructure powering the world’s most demanding workloads. As a Principal Product Manager for AI Infrastructure, you’ll own long-term networking architecture, vendor strategy, and platform targets to scale the fleet.

You’ll partner with engineering and architecture to translate workload needs into durable, scalable infrastructure decisions that drive cost efficiency and performance for years to come.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical product management or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Subject-matter expertise in networking at scale with architecture-level outcomes.
• Experience with fleet-wide network architecture, topology design, and failure-domain strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define 2-4 year vision and roadmap for Crusoe's networking foundation.
• Own long-term vendor management strategy for the network and cost structure.
• Set performance, reliability, scalability, and cost targets for the network (per GPU/server).
• Own cross-DC connectivity strategy, topology, and failure-domain design.
• Drive networking hardware strategy, evaluate new generations and vendors.
• Identify structural limitations and prioritize long-term investments.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering and Architecture on tradeoffs and requirements.
• Translate architecture decisions into clear documentation for leadership.
