Job summary

Crusoe is seeking an experienced Product Marketing leader to shape messaging, enable the field, and align product strategy across the portfolio. You will own the sales narrative, develop plays, and build scalable training and assets for a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product marketing or equivalent leadership roles.
• Deep technical understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and workloads.
• Fluency with sales messaging frameworks; Command of the Message strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to craft cross-product narratives and enable field teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plays by synthesizing product lines into a single field motion.
• Create portfolio-level messaging and the First Call Deck narrative.
• Build training curricula for onboarding and ongoing field education.
• Maintain competitive battlecards and market intelligence updates.
• Produce customer-facing content: one-pagers, stories, and ROI tools.
• Organize content repositories and enforce version hygiene.
