Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in Mountain View is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Agent Studio to drive AI-native product initiatives that empower accountants and finance professionals to design, deploy, and manage agentic workflows within their everyday work.

You will partner with engineering, AI scientists, design, and Intuit’s network of accounting partners to shape the next generation of AI-enabled accounting tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience, including meaningful experience in accounting, finance operations, or audit.
• Direct, practitioner-level understanding of accounting workflows: close processes, reconciliations, GL/journal entries, client advisory, and the controls and review steps accountants rely on for accuracy and compliance.
• Track record of taking AI-native or workflow-automation products from concept to production with strong adoption, ideally involving agents, RPA, or intelligent automation in a regulated or high-trust domain.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact, strategic, thought-provoking AI-native product initiatives from conception to launch.
• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics for the product.
• Translate deep domain knowledge of accounting processes into product requirements that engineering can build against.
• Direct research and customer engagement motions to validate the most promising hypotheses and decide when to double down or pivot.
• Think big and dive deep to unlock new product experiences with high-quality UX.
• Earn buy-in from stakeholders and inspire teams with storytelling and cross-functional leadership.
