Job summary

Vatica Health is seeking a Principal Platform Product Manager to own two connected capability areas on our value-based care platform: incentive program management and provider activation. You’ll define how these capabilities should work in detail and own getting them built and shipped, collaborating with globally distributed engineers and end users.

This design-and-build role requires writing specifications, governing data requirements and business rules, and navigating ambiguity to deliver

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management owning a capability end-to-end.
• Ability to define detailed product requirements yourself.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Hands-on with details, workflows, and edge cases.
• Experience with globally distributed / offshore teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the capability design for incentive program management and for provider activation.
• Design and document the details yourself—workflows, rules, edge cases, data requirements.
• Manage delivery end-to-end: write specs, groom backlog, track progress, unblock engineering.
• Collaborate with engineers and end users to ensure designs solve real problems.
• Navigate ambiguity and flag undecided areas rather than guessing.
• Lead scope conversations with stakeholders across levels from engineers to leadership.
• Partner with globally distributed engineers, accommodating offshore hours.
• Take on additional platform capability areas as assigned.
