Job summary

Chorus Innovations is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and evolution of core Chorus platform lines. You’ll partner with the VP of Product to drive multi-year execution and scalable healthcare infrastructure.

You will translate clinical realities and market patterns into actionable roadmaps, balancing strategic foresight with pragmatic delivery across R&D, Delivery, and GTM. Lead high-impact playbooks and coach cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of end-to-end product management owning complex lines.
Healthcare domain expertise in regulated workflows.
Ability to translate market trends into scalable product standards.

Responsibilities

Define and lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for behavioral health workflows.
Turn market trends and client patterns into clear direction and reusable patterns.
Identify common patterns to improve reuse and speed delivery.
Lead complex workflows, data needs, and integration points.
Shape roadmap by balancing user value, strategy, and scalability.
Create high-quality artifacts: requirements, templates, playbooks.
Use insights to evaluate performance and iterate.
Partner with GTM, Delivery, and Partner Success for messaging.
Act as senior leader guiding teams through ambiguity and decisions.
