Job summary

RxSense LLC, a healthcare technology company, seeks a Principal Platform Engineer to own the core cloud infrastructure, CI/CD systems, and reliability practices. You’ll partner with software, AI, security, and finance to enable teams to ship rapidly on a scalable platform.

You will design self-service tooling, manage Kubernetes clusters, and drive cost visibility while maintaining strong documentation and interfaces for cross-team adoption.

Qualifications

• BS (or higher) in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of platform, infrastructure, or SRE experience with Staff/Architect scope.
• Hands-on designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for high-velocity teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate core cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Own the CI/CD platform across engineering teams and manage pipelines.
• Build and maintain observability stack: logging, metrics, tracing, alerting.
• Drive infrastructure as code and manage Kubernetes clusters and operators.
• Collaborate with security/compliance on secrets, network policy, and access control.
• Create self-service tooling and platform APIs for teams to deploy services.
• Own incident response tooling, on-call practices, and reliability standards.
• Partner on cost visibility, capacity planning, and optimization.
