Job summary

Redwood Logistics LLC is seeking a Platform Reliability Engineer to design and evolve its internal engineering platform, enabling product teams to deliver secure, scalable software. You’ll build shared cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, automation, CI/CD, observability, and self‑service capabilities while reducing toil across the org.

Collaborate with Software Engineering, Security, Data Engineering, and MLOps to raise reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Production experience with cloud providers (Azure/AWS).
• Kubernetes experience in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain reusable platform components (Terraform modules, Helm charts, GitOps templates).
• Develop self-service capabilities to accelerate software delivery.
• Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines with testing, security checks, and deployment governance.
• Operate highly available Kubernetes platforms with strong security and networking practices.
• Improve observability with metrics, logs, and tracing; drive incident responses and post‑mortems.
