Blooming Health seeks a deeply technical Principal Software Engineer to own platform modernization and debt strategies. You will lead an engineering team, shape AI-enabled workflows, and ensure secure, compliant systems on Google Cloud.

Finance, reliability, and scalable design are central as you drive architecture across microservices with Go and Python, while mentoring others and championing engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software engineering experience with leadership in architecture.

Responsabilités

• Own platform technical debt roadmap end-to-end; design, deliver, measure outcomes.
• Build AI-native engineering workflows and context agents; plan, implement, test, review changes.
• Drive architecture across GCP: Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Redis, BigQuery, API gateway.
• Improve reliability, observability, and security; define SLOs, IaC, CI/CD, rollback practices.
• Incorporate security and HIPAA alignment by design; collaborate with security/compliance.
• Lead code quality, testing, API design, and documentation; mentor engineers.
