The role partners with Pharmacy Operations, Compliance, Legal, Quality, Risk Management and IT to ensure adherence to USP compounding standards, licensing requirements, and inspection readiness, while driving patient safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and 8+ years of pharmacy experience with compounding and regulatory compliance.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience with multi-site operations.
• Experience leading enterprise initiatives without direct supervisory authority.

• Serve as enterprise SME for pharmacy professional practice standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on regulatory changes and risk mitigation.
