Job summary

Arcfield is seeking a highly skilled engineer in the United States (Virginia) to lead system integration, test, evaluation, and transition activities for complex enterprise capabilities. The role requires in-depth knowledge of test planning, verification methods, and customer satisfaction criteria, with emphasis on developing reliable, compliant solutions.

The candidate will coordinate across organizations, evaluate performance, and ensure readiness for system integration.

• Synthesizes customer contractual needs, requirements, and technical, schedule and cost constraints into solutions for integrating, testing, evaluating, and transitioning systems into operations to deliver enterprise capabilities.
• Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and resources required for integrating, testing, evaluating and transitioning systems.
• Establishes standards, practices, and procedures for integrating, testing, evaluating and transitioning systems and enterprise capabilities, and coordinates with stakeholders.

• Develops and directs preparation for and execution of comprehensive test & evaluation plans, procedures and schedules which verify and validate enterprise capabilities, system requirements, performance and operability.
• Coordinates system integration, test, evaluation and transition activities with other organizations.
• Conducts readiness for system integration, test, evaluation and transition activities.
• Compiles data and defines changes required in testing configurations, testing procedures, testing processes, or new testing requirements.

Equal Pay Act

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield ’s benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Short Term and Long-Term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections. Min: $103,142.28 Max: $202,942.36
