You will work across both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Payroll and help ensure payroll processes align with UK legislation. This role involves hands-on development with Oracle EBS Payroll, Oracle Cloud Payroll / Fusion HCM, and Oracle Fast Formula, with

• Must have strong Oracle EBS Payroll experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll / Fusion HCM.
• Hands-on Oracle Fast Formula development and support.
• Deep understanding of UK payroll legislation.
• Experience in requirements gathering, impact assessments, solution design, and testing.
• Ability to work across both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Payroll.

Essential Skills

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll / Fusion HCM
• Hands-on Oracle Fast Formula development and support
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation
• Experience in requirements gathering, impact assessments, solution design, and testing
• Ability to work across both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Payroll

This is a predominantly remote role with occasional travel to project or office locations as required.
