ORACLE EBS FINANCIALS FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

• £513 per day via Umbrella

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is delivering and supporting a complex enterprise ERP environment, working across Oracle Financials and wider Oracle ERP modules to support critical finance processes and integrations. Due to continued demand for specialist functional support, they are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant to join the team.

THE ORACLE EBS FINANCIALS FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT ROLE:

You will provide functional finance support across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials, with a strong understanding of how Oracle Financials modules integrate with other standard Oracle ERP modules.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing functional support across Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Project Accounting, Project Costing, Project Billing, Fixed Assets, E-Business Tax and GL WebADI.
• Supporting finance-specific integrations across Customer, Exchange Rates, Accounts Receivable, Project Accounting and General Ledger.
• Supporting the monthly opening and closure of General Ledger accounting periods within the Production environment.
• Running monthly finance activities across non-production environments, including opening periods and loading exchange rates.
• Performing daily monitoring checks across Finance integrations.
• Working collaboratively with the client-side Finance Product Owner.
• Attending weekly ticket review meetings with the client and Service Delivery Manager.

ORACLE EBS FINANCIALS FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Strong Oracle EBS Financials experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financials modules and ERP integrations.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
• Experience with Project Accounting, Project Costing and Project Billing.
• Experience with Fixed Assets and E-Business Tax.
• Experience with GL WebADI.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Finance integrations.
• Experience supporting Production and non-production Oracle environments.
• Experience with finance period opening/closure activities.
• Strong stakeholder and ticket management experience.
