Qualifications

• Principal-level engineering experience in enterprise networking.
• Deep expertise in network architecture, design, implementation, and operations.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or large-scale transformations.
• Knowledge of security, segmentation, routing, switching, data-center connectivity, and integration patterns.
• Ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders; familiar with Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Assess target networks, data centers, connectivity, apps, and security architectures.
• Develop network integration and migration roadmaps for acquired/divested businesses.
• Design secure connectivity between acquired environments and the enterprise network.
• Evaluate technologies against standards and identify remediation needs.
• Partner with acquisition, security, and infrastructure teams to define requirements.
• Create technical plans and provide engineering leadership throughout execution.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and cost considerations; apply PADU model.
• Propose modernization to improve performance, resiliency, security, and supportability.
