Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Senior Active Directory Engineer to lead the identity workstreams for acquisitions, migrations, and divestitures.

The role involves assessing acquired environments, designing consolidation paths, and executing inter-forest migrations with security, auditable, and reversible connections. You will collaborate with IT leadership, Security, Legal, and IMO to deliver Day-1 readiness and ongoing identity consolidation, often on compressed timelines.

Formación

• 8+ years of enterprise AD engineering in multi-domain/multi-forest environments.
• Demonstrated M&A experience: at least 2–3 acquisitions or mergers with identity workstream leadership.
• Hands-on with AD migration tools (Quest/BT, ADMT, Entra Connect).
• Experience with hybrid identity and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Strong knowledge of AD security, PKI, DNS/DHCP, GPOs, and cross-forest design.

Responsabilidades

• Assess acquired environments and design consolidation, coexistence, and migration across forests.
• Plan inter-forest migrations of users, groups, computers, and service accounts including SID history and password migration.
• Deliver Day-1 capabilities like cross-company email/calendar visibility and SSO to shared apps.
• Maintain runbooks, cutover plans, and post-migration validation checks.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to automation and standards.
• Partner with Security/SOC on monitoring during integration.
