Qualifications

• Principal-level engineering in enterprise networking.
• Deep expertise in architecture, design, and operations.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or large infrastructure transforms.
• Strong knowledge of security, routing, switching, data-center connectivity.
• Familiar with Jira, GitHub, network orchestration, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead network assessment, integration, and divestiture activities for M&A.
• Develop integration roadmaps and secure connectivity to enterprise network.
• Provide engineering leadership and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and cost considerations; drive execution.
• Apply PADU model to target inventories and remediation planning.
