Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline is required.
• 8–12+ years of progressively responsible experience in network engineering, systems integration, or mission network operations.
• Extensive experience designing, architecting, and sustaining enterprise network infrastructures.
• Experience leading large‑scale network integration efforts and modernization initiatives.
• Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, encryption, and secure communications architectures.
• Experience with CDS architecture, accreditation processes including SBSAs and RTB 2.0.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and government stakeholders.
• Experience leading architecture reviews, technical investigations, and risk management across programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, engineering, integration, modernization, and sustainment of enterprise LAN/WAN networks.
• Serve as the principal technical authority for network engineering and CDS implementations.
• Develop and maintain network architecture strategies, standards, and roadmaps.
• Oversee design, testing, accreditation, deployment, and transition to operations of CDS capabilities.
• Define network architectures, transport solutions and secure data transfer for mission operations.
• Provide leadership during major integration events, exercises, and deployments.
• Mentor engineers and support workforce development across teams.
• Support business development through technical solutioning and customer engagement.
