Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience designing and developing learning and user materials for technical disciplines.
• Experience developing technology-based learning products.
• Experience with digital instructional design software (e.g., Storyline, Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain U.S. DoD Secret Level clearance.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop multimedia learning solutions across modalities (textual, interactive, visual, online, in-person, hybrid).
• Create instructor-led sessions, microlearning modules, online courses, and manuals.
• Write and edit technical documents to communicate clear instructions for diverse audiences.
• Analyze knowledge gaps and develop appropriate learning solutions.
