Coursera is seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape our mobile strategy for the app used by millions of learners. You’ll set the multi-quarter vision, lead execution across discovery, design, delivery, and optimization, and partner with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to deliver high-impact experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with consumer or enterprise products.
• Experience shaping mobile platform or portfolio investment strategy in partnership with executives.
• Experience establishing reusable frameworks and quality standards across teams.
• Experience shipping native mobile apps (iOS/Android) at scale.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Experience using quantitative data, experimentation, and user research.

Responsibilities

• Define Coursera’s multi-year mobile strategy, anticipating market and tech shifts.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Influence mobile investment and align teams around a shared vision and outcomes.
• Champion learner needs and translate insights into engaging mobile experiences.
• Leverage experimentation and data to prioritize initiatives and iterate.
• Raise the bar for product craft across the mobile team.
