Job summary

Apptegy is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Mobile to own the direction of our School App and Staff App. You will partner with product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and client experience to deliver intuitive mobile experiences for diverse school communities.

Lead discovery, define success metrics, and navigate app store release mechanics. You will work across teams to align timelines, quality, and delivery speed while focusing on accessible, reliable products for districts.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading product for native iOS and Android applications.
• Experience owning products for multiple teams with distinct roadmaps and a shared platform.
• Experience leading product through significant technical change, such as a re-platform or modernization.
• Ability to write product specifications precise enough for engineers, QA, or AI agents.
• Practical experience using AI in the delivery pipeline and evaluating AI output.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, prioritization, and sequencing for the School App and Staff App.
• Turn configurations and role-based behavior into clear specifications for engineering and QA.
• Build deep understanding of school districts and translate insights into mobile experiences.
• Lead product discovery using research, analytics, feedback, and market context.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design from concept through launch.
