Snap Inc. seeks a senior ML leader to design and scale critical models and systems for proactive harm detection, content moderation, and regulatory compliance. You will align cross-functional teams on ML strategy and elevate the ML tech stack to drive performance and innovation.

You should have extensive experience in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, NLP, and multimodal models, plus a track record of leading technical initiatives across a global organization.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of post‑Bachelor’s ML experience or equivalent academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Define ML strategy with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives.
• Set direction for a team producing online ML models for harm detection and moderation.
• Collaborate with leadership to up-level the ML tech stack and drive performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the ML community.
