Job summary

Qualifications

• 9+ years of post-Bachelor’s ML experience; or a Master’s degree with 8+ years ML experience; or a PhD with 5+ years ML experience
• Experience leading or acting as domain-expert to a technical org
• Experience developing and shipping performant scalable ML models
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or related DL frameworks

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale ML models to protect Snap users from harmful content and bad actors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ML strategies with company objectives
• Stay current with ML advances and apply them to complex problems
• Provide technical direction that influences the ML community in the org
• Partner with leadership to uplift ML tech stack and optimize performance and cost
