Job summary

Xsolla is seeking a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to lead the global ML organization, architect advanced ML systems, and mentor engineers worldwide. You will drive innovation, set engineering standards, and guide teams building scalable, production‑ready ML solutions for the video game industry.

You will shape the technical direction, own end-to-end ML lifecycle, and collaborate with product to deliver high‑impact models at scale, across multiple regions and platforms.

Qualifications

• Advanced Degree in Statistics, ML, or related fields with track record of leading data science initiatives at scale.
• Hands-on experience training, evaluating, and debugging models end-to-end, not just API integrations.
• Experience owning production models: deployment, monitoring, drift detection, retraining with latency budgets.
• Production ML experience in fraud/anomaly detection, recommendation, or churn/LTV.
