Xsolla is seeking an accomplished Principal Machine Learning Engineer to join our global ML organization. You will drive innovation across our ML ecosystem, architect advanced ML solutions, and mentor junior ML engineers around the world.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in statistics, ML or related fields.
• Experience leading high-impact data science initiatives at scale of billions of transactions.
• Hands-on model development: training, fine-tuning, and evaluating with clear metrics.
• Production ML experience: deployment, monitoring, drift detection, retraining with latency budgets.
• Experience with fraud/anomaly detection, recommendations, or churn/LTV models.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation across the ML ecosystem and architect advanced ML solutions.
• Mentor junior ML engineers around the world and elevate engineering standards.
• Lead complex ML initiatives and guide teams to production-ready systems.
• Shape technical direction and push for scalable, robust ML architectures.
