Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Principal ML Engineer to architect and deliver production-grade AI/ML solutions across data platforms. You will own end-to-end model development, MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, governance, and scalable data architectures on Databricks and Azure.

You will mentor engineers, set engineering standards, and collaborate across global teams, balancing technical leadership with practical delivery to drive business impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building software or ML systems.
• 6+ years shipping and operating ML in production.
• Senior-most engineer on a production ML/data platform.
• Strong Python and SQL, with scalable ML patterns.
• Expert Databricks experience on Azure data ecosystem.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Define and enforce ML governance, drift monitoring, and explainability.
• Mentor engineers and raise technical standards across teams.
• Collaborate across geographies and time zones on architecture.
• Build robust MLOps/LLMOps pipelines and tooling.
