Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Principal Data Engineer to lead complex data initiatives on Databricks and the Azure stack. This senior role focuses on end‑to‑end data architectures, platform delivery, and engineering excellence across the Data Solutions team.

The candidate will mentor engineers, drive architectural standards, and partner with Architecture and Platform teams to ensure scalable, governance-aligned solutions in a hybrid/remote environment.

• Senior-level data engineering experience with production-grade data platforms.
• Proficiency with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog) and Azure data services.
• Ability to mentor engineers and raise standards across the team.
• Experience designing end-to-end data architectures for enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and metadata management.
