Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Principal ML Engineer to build and maintain AI/ML systems for our business. This role blends deep technical execution with broad influence across projects, data architectures, MLOps and governance, leveraging Databricks and the Azure cloud ecosystem.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Data Science & AI, you will mentor engineers and set engineering standards that uplift delivery. The primary platform is Databricks and Azure, with expectations to adopt additional data

Qualifications

• 10+ years building software or machine learning systems.
• 6+ years shipping and operating ML in production.
• Strong hands-on Python and SQL with solid software engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• AI/ML model development: end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of AI/ML systems including GenAI and agentic models.
• AI operations: implement MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD for data wrangling, model training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
• AI governance: establish policies for model risk, fairness, privacy and security across the lifecycle.
