Job summary

NUVIA UK is seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead the development of bespoke tools for MSSS SEP machines and manage a small design team. The role requires coordinating with client innovation groups and site manufacturing to deliver fully deployable solutions.

The candidate will act as the primary contact from initial request to handover, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and adherence to safety and engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• Understand the roles and specifications of CDM.
• Experience producing design packages for manufacture and installation.
• Familiarity with SL practices, standards, and engineering guides.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of designers/engineers to develop tools.
• Oversee requirements, specify them, and develop deployable tools.
• Coordinate with client Innovation teams, site manufacturing, and contractors.
