Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related engineering experience
• Minimum 5 years of design, implementation, integration, systems testing and interoperability studies for C5ISR systems
• At least 3 years reading, interpreting, and understanding blueprints, drawings, schematics and Ship Installation Drawings (SID)

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support engineering direction and guidance for design, development, integration and interface design analysis, installation, integration, fielding, field analysis, operation, maintenance, and testing of systems.
• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to drive system design and integration decisions that ensure interoperability and mission readiness for C5ISR systems.
• Drive system-level outcomes by planning and executing rigorous systems testing, analyzing results, and resolving integration challenges in complex operational environments.
• Utilize expert ability to read, interpret, and understand blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, and Ship Installation Drawings (SID) to ensure compliant installation and interface alignment.
