Job summary

KODA Technologies is seeking a Principal Model-Based Systems Engineer to support the Army Guam Defense System, delivering comprehensive MBSE models that unify legacy and new missile systems within a system-of-systems approach.

The role requires translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders, managing requirements and interfaces, and guiding a team to achieve mission-focused objectives in a defense context.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of MBSE, software, and/or systems engineering on complex systems.
• Strong knowledge of SysML and MBSE tools (Magic Draw/Cameo, EA, Rhapsody, DOORS).
• Experience developing and presenting briefings to Government customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MBSE models (UAF/SysML/UML) for major systems and subsystems.
• Integrate models into system functional models and architectures.
• Lead requirements management, configuration management, data management, and risk management activities.
