• Create and manage project plans for process development activities.
• Document designs for custom tooling and procure equipment for production readiness.
• Develop and optimize process parameters and documentation; update work instructions.
• Monitor yields and costs; implement quality improvements and solve manufacturing problems.
• Train new personnel and assist with operation training materials; support design producibility reviews.
• Provide supplier support and input for tooling and capital equipment in RFPs.
