Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, Technology or related field; PhD a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive management consulting experience with leadership/ advisory focus.
• Proven expertise in at least two core consulting areas (strategy, operations, digital, change management).

Responsibilities

• Define and lead client transformation programs with strategic objective alignment and measurable value.
• Develop and implement innovative business strategies, operating models, and technology roadmaps.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and board members.
• Drive business development, identify opportunities, and contribute to proposals.
• Provide mentorship to a consulting team to foster high performance.
