Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of writing/editing experience required.
• 5+ years in development or healthcare writing/editing preferred.
• Advanced writing/editing skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Articulate CHOP and CHOP Foundation messaging through donor communications.
• Serve as principal writer/editor for major gifts proposals and stewardship reports.
• Develop Foundation collateral, vision documents, and boilerplate language.
• Liaise with clinical, research, and hospital staff to verify fundraising priorities.
• Interview stakeholders, donors, patients, and staff for materials.
• Maintain knowledge of Foundation messaging and ensure style consistency.
• Deliver high-quality writing in a fast-paced environment.
