Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is seeking a skilled writer/editor to join our Foundation, helping to craft donor communications and proposals for major gifts. You will work with clinical, research, and hospital staff to translate priorities into compelling content for individuals, corporations, and foundations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of writing and/or editing experience.
• 5+ years in development or healthcare environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Articulate CHOP and CHOP Foundation mission through clear, donor-focused writing.
• Serve as writer/editor for major gifts proposals and stewardship reports.
• Maintain and enhance the Foundation content library.
• Liaise with clinical, research and hospital staff to verify content.
• Interview stakeholders, donors, patients, staff for communications projects.
• Maintain consistent messaging across all materials.
• Demonstrate high-quality writing in a fast-paced environment.
