**Job Description**

BAE Systems, Inc. employees and sub-contractors aligned to the Air Force Solutions-Strategic Systems Directorate support the United States Air Force (USAF) Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) System Directorate in sustaining the existing Minuteman III (MMIII) weapon system and acquiring its replacement, the Sentinel missile. BAE Systems is seeking qualified professionals to join our team for an exciting opportunity supporting sustainment and modernization efforts for the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile system. The Minuteman III, a 1970s-era weapon system, is scheduled to be retained as the US military's prompt, global strike deterrent system until at least 2030. The Integrated Planning Center (IPC) principal logistician position is dynamic and offers opportunities to support the entire Minuteman III system.

The Principal Logistician duties include:

1. Supporting maintenance planning & scheduling requirements.
2. Participating in daily and weekly scheduling meetings.
3. Uploading daily schedules to NMC2.
4. Documenting BCE actions in proposed alterations and constructions affecting the weapon system in IMDS.
5. Documenting Programmed Depot Maintenance and other depot-level program schedules in IMDS.
6. Maintaining LF, MAF, and support equipment periodic maintenance schedules.
7. Ensuring inspections are scheduled and suspenses are cleared in IMDS daily.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong interpersonal skills; works well with others and responds well to guidance.
• Ability to interact professionally at all levels within the Missile Wing and AFNWC.
• Maintenance planning experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of IMDS is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance.

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

• Minimum of 10 years of ICBM maintenance field experience or extensive Maintenance Management Production experience with ICBM operations.

**Pay Range:** $99,410 - $168,997
