Join to apply for the Principal Logistics Analyst role at BAE Systems, Inc.

Support the United States Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) System Directorate in sustaining and modernizing the Minuteman III weapon system and its replacement, the Sentinel missile. BAE Systems seeks qualified professionals to support sustainment and modernization efforts for this critical system, which is scheduled to be retained until at least 2030.

Key Responsibilities

• Support maintenance planning and scheduling requirements.
• Participate in daily and weekly scheduling meetings.
• Assist in uploading daily schedules to NMC2.
• Document BCE actions in proposed alterations and constructions affecting the weapon system in IMDS.
• Maintain schedules for Depot Maintenance and other Depot-level programs in IMDS.
• Maintain periodic maintenance schedules for LF, MAF, and support equipment.
• Ensure inspections are scheduled and suspenses are cleared in IMDS daily.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work well with others and follow directions.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of IMDS is required.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of ICBM maintenance or maintenance management experience.

Additional Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $99,410 - $168,997. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), disability, life insurance, paid time off, and more.
